Things to keep in mind!

If you wish to complete your own packing, we can supply you with all the necessary materials required to safely pack up your belongings. Everything we offer is new and of the highest quality and all our removal boxes are double walled. The materials we supply are the same as what our teams use every day, specifically designed for use within the removals industry. We are able to offer a very competitive price on packaging materials.

Delivery:

We make a one-off delivery of packaging materials free of charge.
A charge will be made for any subsequent deliveries.

Are there any extra costs on the day for packing?

Where the customer accepts a quotation - which includes the packing - please note that we will have included the supply of labour and packing materials in our quotation, so there will be no additional charges for this work.

What do I do if I plan to pack myself then find I don’t have time?

Customers often decide they are going to do their own packing and then find they run out of time! It is not surprising, given the dozens of other things to do as moving day approaches. If the packing is not going to be finished we are happy to help – but there are two important conditions.

First, you must give us reasonable warning (a phone call at least 2 days before your move) otherwise when the van arrives at your home, it will not have the necessary crew and packing materials needed for the extra work.

Secondly, we will send you a revised quotation to include packing charges which must be paid before the day of your move.
