Things to keep in mind!

Our highly trained team is there to take the stress out of moving, which is why we offer tailored services to meet all customer needs.

Step 1: Survey

We send a surveyor to your property to assess which items are moving and discuss the exact services you require so we can quote you accurately. This ensures moving day runs smoothly and there are no surprises. Not local? not an issue, we also offer online survey forms which you can fill out.

Step 2: Quotation

We will send you a fixed quotation that is valid for 3 months. This quotation can be accepted online, and you will be contacted to confirm a moving date.

Step 3: You're moving date is booked!

Time to get packing - or if we are doing the packing, it is time to sit back and relax. Our experts are always on hand if you have questions about the moving day, or if you need any help or advice.

How do I book packing services?

Let us know when we book your survey that you are looking for a packing service, we can then tailor this to suit your move. We offer full pack and part pack; this can be discussed with you surveyor.

I need boxes but I can pack myself.

Not a problem, you can order packing materials and have them delivered right to your door by calling our office. See our packing services portal for the list of materials we offer.

How do I know when to make payment?

Once your moving day is confirmed, we require a £150 deposit to secure you date. Full payment for your move is required 5 working days before your date.

My moving date has changed, what do I do?

Not to worry! We understand that there are many reasons why a moving date may need to be changed, just ring our office and we will rearrange this for you. Please see out T&C's for more information.

I want a fixed price for one van, do you offer this?

Yes, we do! Although we do not recommend this for sale and completion moves due to time constraints. Please call our office for more information.
